Items sent quickly and accurately. I have issues with the Arena kit, because of how Arena send it out, Proswimwear will pass my concerns to Arena, as you cannot directly complain to them. So far no issues with Proswimwear at all. Good selection of items. So i'm happy.

Item I ordered was defect, took 3 months to sort the refund but finally it was a satisfied ending.

Very long time delivery from UK to Republic of Ireland.
From when delivery of first week of June ,it was then in Northan Ireland Post Office from 15th June ,finally arriving 11th July.Im assuming this because of Brixit issues.Have to say it was even longer than a delivery from China.

George in customer service has been excellent today getting an order out in a speedy fashion and sorting a price match for me in record time. I always use pro swimwear. Thanks guys!

We were are little concerned about ordering something in the UK from Germany, but it worked fine, including online chat advice. Unfortunately the suit had a manufacturing fault, but it was easy to contact customer support and again, chats and telephone worked well, so that we were able to find a very satisfactory solution and send the article back for a refund. One can order from ProSwimwear with confidence.

have bought several times from proswimwear and never disappointed. do what they supposed to do. great online store.

I am based in the UK and have used Proswimwear for several years. Prices are great, returns are free (unless this has changed in the last few months), and I have always got through on the phone to customer services straight away and have always found them very helpful. The only criticism I have is that it looks like there is loads of choice on the website but sometimes the item you want is only available in a couple of sizes which can be disappointing! Like many others, I often buy multiple sizes and return those that don’t fit and have always had prompt refunds. I really don’t recognise any of the comments that others have left, talking about poor service, postage charges for returns etc. I highly recommend this site.

The only clothes company I know that charges for both delivery and returns. Considering swimwear is difficult to fit, I would have thought returns were common. I used their fitting guide, ordered the shorts, were extremely small, returned at my expense, then was refunded nearly two weeks later, and charged for the return as well. I had to chase to get the correct refund. I will not use again.

Product came in good time but more importantly customer service i received was great.
